The NHS is on its knees. Waiting lists are at a record high. NHS staff are overworked and overpaid. Our social care system is in crisis. Unlike Labour and the Conservatives, I do not believe more privatisation is the answer. We built the NHS to provide free and universal healthcare at the point of use. Today, we must rediscover that foundational purpose and restore a fully-funded, fully-public NHS.
